GICSOFT announces its thrilling new software release, Employee Info Plus On-line. Using this software, school districts will now be able to effectively communicate with their employees over the Web. GISCOFT develops the First Automated Special Education Transportation Algorithm
October, 20, 2009 Atlanta, Georgia - GICSOFT is pleased to announce that it has completed development of the most innovative automated algorithm for special needs students. This module will integrate into GICSOFT’s Pathalyst product which is a pupil transportation system for K-12 school districts.
This technology will enable school districts to realize the maximum level of efficiency, as well as maintaining a high level of service and reducing school districts budgets. “We’ve been working on this component of Pathalyst for an extensive period of time and are very pleased with the performance that the algorithm has shown during internal testing”, said Igor Babushkin, CEO of GICSOFT.
Preliminary test results show that using the Pathalyst SPED module results in a savings between 15 to 30% of the district SPED budget, while making special needs bus routing much easier and safer.
